Pure Michigan Hot Honey Infused with Habanero Chili Flakes - 1 lb (16 oz Net Weight) Jar

Raw and unfiltered Michigan honey infused with Caribbean habanero chili flakes to create our delicious hot honey.  This honey is ranked as our "hot" level so if heat is not your thing...this is definitely not for you.

Hot honey may be used in a large variety of ways.  Here's a few ideas that our customers have shared with us: glazing ribs or other BBQ meats, on fried chicken, on your burger, on pizza, or just simply as a dipping sauce!

This honey was harvested and jarred at our family farm in Paw Paw, Michigan.  Our farm is 26 acres of wooded land, a 1.5-acre pond, a vast variety of wildflowers, and many fruit trees that supply our beautiful winged friends with a bounty of pollen and nectar for the gathering.  We keep a smaller number of bee colonies so we may have adequate time to care for our tiny friends, and we take great pride in making our farm a bee-friendly environment.
